We have purchase Nokia Lumia 625 from Amazon (ORDER # 171-2516351-455394). Below are the issue that we have faced – 1. Order placed as been delivered after 20 days and that after multiple follow ups. 2. The order received was damaged. 3. We requested for replacement, which they are not giving.

We want replacement,No refund.
