Dtdc or any courier company never make home delivery in our locality. this is regarding my two orders numbered-V16924087, V16924670. these are both packages from jabong.com. its been a full month since i was supposed to receive it. on inquiry they say the packages were damaged so they had to return it and also that the complaint has been registered and i will receive a call from them soon but i never do. and on the other hand they tell jabong that it has been delivered. it is not just jabong but all the courier services never do home delivery in itnagar and naharlagun we are the one who has to keep inquire.
