SIR I had dispatched a 1-kg courier from delhi to bangalore by PROFESSIONEL COURIER. Courier number was DEL508113044. The packet contained following 6 items – 1. titan watch, 2. mens wallet, 3. chocolate, 4. men t-shirt, 5. dupatta, 6. moisturiser. Out of these item number 5 & 6 were only received at bangalore address. The packet was not delivered to home address while there were 5-6 persons present regularly at home. Packet was delivered to gatekeeper of society in torn out condition. SIR INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUESTS THROUGH MAIL AT ALL LEVELS NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY COURIER AGENCY.
