HDFC credit card collection dept. persons of kolkata visited my office and used abusing words about me and regularly calling in mobile for payment follow up and also harassing me over phone and using abusing words. my son (4 year) old is suffering from blood cancer and in this period credit card payment collection persons is regularly creating mental stress by using abusing words over phone.

I give you an undertaking that stop calling over phone and using abusing words. I will clear there outstanding payments slowly and by part payments.
