How Homeshop 18 – Sold Faulty Vacuum Cleaner ?

I have purchased a Handy Vaccum cleaner from HS18, it was not functioning from the first day itself. I have given several complaints thru phone and emails. Now they are telling to return the product and asking me to wait for 10 days (that also there is no guarantee that replacement will get). Please find below the Order no and Suborder no. But in my case they have taken 1 week to respond and asking me to send back the product, after showing customer complaints in portals whether i can send back the product with out any fear? that they will replace with a new product or a refund? They last contacted me on 04.10.14 and promised me to take back the product within 72 hrs. Today (07.10.14) 72hrs completed.Still no response. Sivaprasad.K 990048xxxx

I need the Homeshop 18 people should refund my money with interest and should compensate for the mental pressure i have taken for the last 17 days. and also the Govt should ban this type of Channels broadcasting on TVs, becuase these companies are cheating the publics they are passing false promises thru channels due to this publics are cheating.
