Why Micromax Mobile has Power Button Problems ?

i had bought a Micromax canvas 4 (a210) in jan 2014. on 8 sep 2014 i found a problem in its power button and therefore submitted it to the service center . they ensured me that it would be getting rectified within a course og 10 days. but it has been a month now and i don’t have its status. every time i give a phone call they don’t pick it up. if i go there personally they say that their server is down so they wont be able to tell me the exact status of the phone. . job id no:n030129-0914-12163016

i am being mentally harassed by the companies negligence. i am a it professional and my bread and butter is highly dependent on smart phones internet. i request you to take strict action against this fraud company
