I have booked a e-ticket which PNR No: 4303999890 Dated.12.01.2015 by a travel agency of IRCTC for my journey on 13.01.2015 from Bangalore City Jn(SBC) To Bhubaneswar(BBS). The Agency send me the PDF copy of the e-Ticket which fair Amount is Rs.1241.24 with Transaction ID:100000152597335. In Class:SLEEPER CLASS, Quota: PREMIUM TATKAL, After that i came to know that they cheat me by editing the e-Ticket fare. But they are not agreeing to it. So i request you pls. help me by sending details of the ticket with amount transaction,By which i can take legally actions against them.I have also lodged a complain on webmaster.portal@indianrailways.gov.in But i din’t get any replay.So pls give me any suggestion.I will Grateful to you.

I want to refund my Excess Amount Which I have paid to the IRCTC Booking Agent as early as possible.
