I registered on the jio app to get a new sim on 8/10/2016 with 9380XX0769, it showed me the bar code, i dint know i had to take a screenshot so i did not take one. I dint take any action since the city was closed for the last 5 days of navaratri and shops would be closed. I opened the app during on of those days and it showed the bar code and also near by places where i can go and avail the sim. On 14/10/2016 i went to a digital express mini, but the app dint show the bar code. I tried downloading all the jio apps but there was no progress. The customer care executive told me it is not possible to avail a sim now. I tried downloading the old version of the myjio app then and on that it should bar code redeemed. There is a lot of fraud practices happening where people fake bar codes and avail sims. I request u to kindly look into this issue and help me out.
