Hi, Dear Sir I have purchased Lenovo K4 Note 12th May 2016 from Amazon and started facing so many issues in a very small duration. I like to inform you that the following problems are arise within this time- 1) Crash when i tried to set lock screen wallpaper or clicking on setting->wallpaper-> Crash 2) Default sound app is not working properly. Sound quality is very bad, in background some distortion or unwanted sound comes continously.. 3) Battery performance is very bad. Battery gets down suddenly sometimes. I am totally fed up from all these issues. Please help me in resolving all of them ASAP. Waiting for your early reply. Thank You
