I generated barcode for Jio SIM on my mobile. Noted the Bar code number. After few days bar code disappeared. When I went for getting the SIM at Reliance Store, the System showed that JIO SIM is redeemed. I have not taken it. Customer care did not help in regenerating the bar code. Nor any reply of my email to customer care. Kindly inform how to resolve this problem? Thanks and Regards Rajesh Verma

Sir, I have Redme 3s Prime phone, and my mobile no.is 9826XX5745 which is registered my Jio app. state-MP,city-Indore. My jio barcode is 55543147547. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim. Regards Deepak Gupta
