Ported Airtel SIM Activation Issue

Hello,

I had applied for porting of my docomo no.- 8791xx0686 to Airtel on 27th Sep 2016. There is no network in my docomo number from 3-10-2016. But Airtel sim is not activated yet. I contacted Airtel customer care many times, and every time they are saying it will be activated in 2 hours or 4 hours. Sometimes even they said your document is not received or processed.

I am using this number for my bank accounts and for any other important works. It is causing trouble for me.

I applied for porting, thinking airtel provides good network. But now I am unable to use my no and this is very frustrating. If you can help me with that I will be very thankful to you.
