How Lenovo Refused Warranty Extension ?

I have got 2 year extra cci warranty(clearly mentioned in my invoice copy).On online registration, lenovo rejects to identify my warranty extension(asking about some registration id which i don’t have). On contacting , retailer they said my invoice slip is enough.After 9 months of mails and phone calls , now lenovo clearly refuses to provide any warranty extension. LENOVO is telling me to deal with retailer and retailer is telling me to deal with lenovo. I have proofs of sincere contact through mails and voice recorded over phone calls to both efuture store and lenovo registration ranging from 15 days after date of purchase to now.

I simply want the 2 year warranty extension pack which I was given during my purchase.
