How SnapDeal Disappointed me Shipping Damaged Product

THis was an extremely regrettable experience for me.I spend my hard earned money on a branded product and I get a showpiece that doesn’t even start.Such is the customer service of snapdeal that they made no effort to help me to return my product.I have been calling Blue Dart since 17.10.14 till date to return my shipment. Every time they refused or ignored my requests. BIg banners,splashy advertisements and then this is the service a customer gets?My Euroline EL-296 MIXER GRINDER does not start at all and Snapdeal has no interest in helping me out with the same. i had to choose croma retail in the above option because or else this site wont allow me to file.However Croma is not the company i am against.It is Snapdeal.I hoope I still get your help. Despite this being an online site that I am complaining against.

I want my money back.But Bluedart(who are supposed to pick up my product for return) pays no heed to my requests.I have complained,requested and begged to both organisations but none have helped.I hope you do
