Dear Sir My Tata Sky id is 1052914189. i am using services for many years. the issue is that 3 add on packs are activated on my id i.e. fun games, fun learning, fun cooking with out my confirmation. When I raised this issue to TATA SKY customer care number, on 11th Sep.2014 their executive told me that they have called me on my number on 2nd aug & i gave him approval but the problem is that the number they are telling me is not in service for more than 6 months. They promised me to check the details and do the necessary action till 13th sep.. but when i did not receive any call , then i contacted them again to deactivate my packs. they inform me that the pack will be deactivated on 21st Sep 2014 . now I contacted yesterday i.e. 21.09.2014 to deactivate the packs , they give the further dates i.e. 28th sep 14 for deactivation. when I told about conversation on 13 Sep 2014. Their executive Mr. Sumit used abusive language and told me my fault & said he will not deactivate my packs,& I can do whatever I want To do. So, i request you please take necessary action against them. I hope , you will help me.
