How Vodafone Customer Care Provided False Information ?

Its Vodafone customer care service men fault is that he didn’t explain me full plan and said me only about you get 1gb 3g speed and after finishing you will get 2g unlimited and it is GUDI PADAWA offer for 2 months free of cost and nothing he told about extra charge.and he force me to take plan before this plan my sim card was deactivated but he again activated my sim card.(on march ending) after one month i get bill rs1000 on that time i realised that i am cheated from Vodafone. apart from me i m new user of Vodafone sim and didn’t have any idea about the plan that’s why he cheat me. ((name- Omkar No.:9619496911 it is those person name and no. who had gave me these kind of face scheme. )) so what can i paid high much amount and sir i had many time explain these problem to the customer care but he didn’t try to understand me and didn’t take any action and my complain. He always take those person side who had gave me that faltu scheme and sir i cant afford that much amount so please be kindly take my complain and request. Please sir i am belong to middle class family and i cant afford any such kind of payment so give me your kindly response and forgive me. and i can not able to make payment for bill, its fraud to me. So why i should paid for these fraud scheme and vodafone break my trust and my father portable his sim from vodafone to reliance network.
