I Mohit Virmani have purchased a nokia lumia 620 with EMEI no 356347051833916 and i am facing problems with this phone since last 8 months and whenever i take the phone to service center sec-14 Faridabad Haryana i do receive a very unofficial and a disrespectful behavior from them, once they said that they have sent my phone to company for servicing and some of the problems were rectified during the process but even after that i have been facing problems in phone related to frequent hanging and my buttons start working on their own when i wish to open an application it responds to another application on my mobile phone and in updating setting.

For this they have told me that they would update the software of my phone but that was of no use. I have been complaining to service center and they do refuse me to create a job sheet about this problem and say that all 620 phone do have that problem and you have to use the phone with these problems. So as being a customer of a reputed and a sincere company i wist that set should be replaced by another 620 set and a serious action should be taken against the service agents.
