Sir, I have spent Rs 70000 in buying a HP All In One ff202in PC. The WiFi inbuilt in the PC is malfunctioning and the system has become corrupt. I have sent 7 emails to the Service Head at HP and have made numerous call to their customer sservice team. My entire work is help up because this is the only PC I have. They have been delaying my complaint for the past one month and their customer service manager, Mr Tejender has been extremely disrespectful. Sir, I have approached you as a last resort. Please don’t disappoint me. My complaint ID- 4001001470.
