Order no-2554401999 was placed on 04th , August 2014 for the item MyFitFuel MFF Whey Protein 80 (2lbs)for a total amount Rs 1599 which was prepaid by Netbanking from State Bank of India. According to Snapdeal, the item was to be delivered by 10th August 2014.Later the date was shifted to 15th August 2014. When i try to track the order it showed sent by India post. But no tracking details were available. eMail was sent ot snapdeal, to which the reply was very vague. Again today when i tracked my order, it showed to be delivered by 21 August 2014 by India post. When i try to track the item, it shows CONSIGNMENT DETAILS NOT FOUND. Again when i contacted snapdeal, the simply replied as ” Thank you for writing…we will get back to you as soon as possible…please bear with us…”.

refund amount of Rs. 1599/- to my bank account within two working days
