I have recharged my mobile using online website of idea cellular recharge. I did transaction of 70 rupees and transaction got failed. I called customer care and they told money will be credited to your account within 72 hours. I did not recieved amount back to my account. I again called customer care and they told to approach bank as it might be mistake from bank. I approached grievance cell of idea appellate authority and they told money will be credited to your account with in 8 days. I did transaction on 4th august and today is 17th august still i did not got refund. I did transaction using citibank debit card. Citibank provided with trace number 609743 and payment voucher number 5602293526451408 and they told to get ARN number from idea. But they told you might have received sms for transaction. I did not received any sms from them.Please help for this issue. There might be issue from either citibank as well. But even if transition failed idea must have provided immediate solution as i was availing there online idea recharge website.
Maximum compensation should be provided to me apart from 70 rupees mobile refund as it impacted my day to day work. Many people do not approach as they think it is just small amout. I devoted my time and spent money in calling them. I hope it will be good example to idea and citibank only when they address customer in privileged manned
