I enrolled for UPSC class in May 2014. Once I came to know about substandard service that they provide with past history of cases filed against them. I asked for fee refund as I did not attended any sessions. Manish convinced me to attend one demo and then decide. He promised to refund the fee that if I did not like the session. I attended the session and found it of no use. I mentioned the same in my feed back for that days lecture in their notebook for this cause. I asked the fees but he made excuses. They lure students by claiming fee waiver offered by Krishna foundation which I believe is non existent.

I have to followup with Manish in order to get the money back for more than three month. Finally Manish gave me two cheques of post date 31 July 2014. Both the cheques bounced as account was dormant for many months(confirmed by his bank). I was penalized for these dishonored cheques. This period was tormenting for me. I went through illness and I needed my money badly. But they did not returned. Finally he returned just 5000 and not the penalties for cheques. Another serious concern is that when I was enrolled on fee waiver which was offered by Krishna foundation, that was the last day to get the waiver as they said to me. However whenever I went to Powai office their telephone caller offered same offer to whoever comes for inquiry. This is breach of trust and malpractice to loot innocent and poor students. They have criminal cases lodged in previous year for the same malpractice.
