I had applied for migration from Postpaid to Prepaid on 25th or 26th of last month. It was informed to me that it will be migrated within 4 days. And accordingly i cleared my dues in advance as well. As of 17/8/14 also my migration from post to pre has not been done. i have paid 5-6 visits to vodafone store, every time it was told to me that ” sir we will do it today itself, but still no action. And also i had to bear partial rental for month of Aug’14 because of such carelessness. I also had filed complaint online on Vodafone site, but still it was not resolved. I have also attached the copy of chat i had with vodafone executive for complaint.

Conveyance expenses for 5-6 visits to vodafone store. the inconvenience of living my day to day work and paying visit to Vodafone store and still not getting any resuls.

Rental paid by me for month of August’14. My conveyance Expenditure for as many visits as i paid for the same which yielded as waste.
