Sir / Madam, My mother D.Meena an HP Gas consumer (Consumer # 653576) was trying to get the refund on subsidy since Sep-2013 but in Gas agency (Sai Krishna Gas Agency, Gachibowli, Hyderabad) they are telling don’t waste your time the scheme was already over. We are in a loss of 4,000 rupees (approx.) due to the non-communication from Gas agency to submit the adhar letter before so and so date to avail the refund. They should atleast give us some alternative like taking some money as penalty rather than just throwing us out. Please help. Regards, Vikram

We need some alternative solution for not updating the Adhar card rather than holding our whole subsidy money.
