was shopped a Vox V3300 mobile phone online from www.shopclues.com on 30 Nov 2013. It was delivered to me on 09.Dec.2013 as dead. I filed again on www.shopclues.com for replacement. They called me and said to send back the product. I made a speed post of the product on 17 Dec 2013 and it was reached the return address mentioned on the product on 21 Dec 2013 which i checked from post office. But till today they neither refund the money nor delivered the VOX mobile phone. They simply cheated me.My order no 8942939 on www.shopclues.com

I want my mobile back or refund my money.
