HP Laptop Netbook – No Customer Care

Quotation Case ID – 4774072855 I bought an HP Pavilion Notebook -13-b202tu last year. This year, a month after its warranty expired, the battery conked off. I visited an authorized HP service center in my city and the rep there told me that my battery needed replacement. Your partners @ Iqor got in touch with me on email a day or two later. It has been over a month (45 days since the first email) and there are no signs of the replacement battery being provided. I am frustrated and angry. HP sold me a faulty product which I can do nothing about because my warranty expired 30 days before I knew there was a problem. So now I have to shell out close to 20% of the original price of the laptop. What’s more maddening is that you cannot even replace the battery within a reasonable amount of time. This is the absolute pits.
