I have booked Baleno Delta 1.2 Petrol Silver Colour on 20.12.2015 booking no: SOB15000551 From Karnal Motors, Karnal Haryana Showroom. At the time of booking they assure us that they will deliver the vehicle in 10 – 12 weeks maximum as they are trying to deliver it by Jan 16 . The booking amount they have taken from me is Rs 11000/-. From Jan 2016 i am continously in touch with their GM, Mr Ravi Kathuria. He always assure me to deliver it soon. Now its 8. March. 2016 i.e 12th week is running from Booking date and now they are sending me sms, emails, and letters about they are not able to deliver the car on time the car will be delivered after 7 months as maruti has increased the waiting period by 7 months. as i have already approved my loan and this is not professionalism from their side. they are totally harrasing me continously i have already register complaint to Nexa care also complaint no is NX391399189 On 24.02.2016 but till now they are not doing anything.

I want my car to be delivered in earlier possible and a compensation of Rs50000/- from company to harass me mentally.
