I had applied for sbi card in the month of December. Yet i am to receive the card. However had several email conversation with SBI to dispatch The card. The company records show that it has been dispatched in January. However i did not receive the card. And now i have received a bill for rs 862 for payment of a card that i have not used at all. They have never bothered to call.

I am worried that my credit score will be affected. I am mentally disturbed and exhausted with this unbelievable irresponsible behavior as well. I feel inferior and am in agony of such treatment.

I would want to receive the sbi credit card as soon as possible. I would want sbi to rule out any charges that have levied on me illegally. I want apology and compensation for making me go through such an ordeal.
