I have bought an HP laptop last year. Its within warranty period.In August 2014 it saw taken to the authorized service centre. Operating System was re-installed.But after two months again it was giving me the same problem.I informed the same.HP sent an engineer who asked me to re-install the operating System again.But after the operating system is re-installed there is not surety from the end of HP the laptop will give no problem.I am not ok with the problematic system. I spoke with service head of HP, but to him the operating System has to be re-installed.I purchased HP laptop, its not working,I want the replacement.

I want the replacement of the HP laptop.
