Defective Roti Maker was returned to Naaptol.com on 09/07/2014 at courier cost of Rs. 880 with their consent that they would return the amount of Rs.880 immediately in cash and cost of ROTI MAKER in the form of VOUCHER. But till date they did not return it though they promised on about 100 telephonic talks.

Once they asked for BANK DETAILS with proper identification in the month of OCTOBER to send the said amount to bank account. But no action is taken till date. When an order for PRESTIGE OMEGA DELUXE THREE PIECES WITH ONE LID (INDUCTION BASED) was ordered on 30 October 14 against the voucher provided by NAAPTOL but no proper information is provided till date. When talked on telephone they keep on postponing the matter.

Since 09/07/2014 about 500 Rs. are spent on telephonic talk. 2. Mental pangs that I bore and frustrating behavior that they showed is unassessable in monetary terms, it is more than LAKHS. I need my money back along with the money put on telephonic charges and mental torture that I bore since 09/07/2014. 2. And the compensation of time lost.
