Shopping on Amazon.in, Received Defective Product

I bought a laptop HP 15 R032TX through online portal Amazon.in on 10th of October 2014, firstly they delivered me a defective product for which i contacted their customer care within 3 hours of delivery, but they directly refused to replace the brand new product by saying they do not have any replacement policy, which in fact no where mentioned on their site. Secondly i did not receive the invoice with the correct invoice date that is 10th of october 2014 and that is also without any serial number of the product on it. I chased them day and night to get the invoice so that i can get my product repaired under warranty from the manufacturer ie HP. again the invoice i got had wrong date on it that is 11th October 2014, when i provided the said invoice to HP for claiming manufacturer warranties of 1 year and the festive season offer of HP “Bendtherules” worth around Rs 14000, HP straight away rejected my claim saying that the product is bought from Amazon and the Invoice date is 11th October 2014 and Amazon is not the authorized seller of HP products, which is again not mentioned on the website. Because of Amazons negligence and mistakes i lost the offer benefits of Rs 14000 from HP besides that i am wasting my valuable time, money and other resources on trying to get what i should have received. Even after doing many calls and emails confirming their mistakes and making an acceptance for their negligence they are not responding positively. I have around 25-30 emails exchanged between me and Amazon having all the details as mentioned above. Kindly help me on this issue If you need anything else please let me know.
