My Renault Duster WB-26S-8732 was filled up with 43.90 litres of Diesel by this service station at 1900 hrs of 17th July 2014.This service station is very close to my hospital ILS Hospital,Nagerbazar. After filling the tank,my driver tried to start the car,but could not start the engine–Renault Workshop people towed away the car and informed me that the diesel supplied is mixed with water.

1.The entire cost of the diesel-2750/= 2.The entire cost of repair-to be notified later after the workshop assesses damages. 3.The cost of inhuman hardship heaped on me by this callous act as determined by the Consumer Forum
