MTS MBLAZE – Cancelled the connection bill received

i had cancelled MTS MBLAZE broadband connection ( mts number- 9142294xxx; account number- 2004084xxx) on june 14,2014 inorder to take the wifi connection from the same company. i had paid the amount due till june 14 (rs 428) on that day itself and the sales boy took back my device. Now in the present month a bill has come saying i have to pay Rs 101 more for using the service till June 17. How can this be possible as i had already paid the full amount for cancelling my account on june 14 and when i was no longer having the device with me. When contacted mts customer care they asked me to send a copy of the bill. After sending the proof of paying the bill they are now asking me to send the number and name of the sales boy. How is possible that i would have saved his name and mobile number when he had given me the original bill itself.As i don’t have his number or name, the company is telling me to pay the bill by the due date ( 18-7-2014). i am attaching the scanned copy of the bill i paid as proof along this complaint. please do the need full.

i need the additional bill to be cancelled as i didn’t use their service after June 14
