I had made a complaint/ request No. 14070503061 dated 05th July,2014 regarding my 1.5Tr Window AC Voltas Make for Compressor fault. Date of Purchase of my AC is 24/03/2014. My faulty compressor is under 5 years warranty, but till date nobody has visited from voltas authorised service centre for rectification of my AC compressor issue. From the toll free support I got contact No. +91-9695306xxx of Mr. Gaurav from M/s Parnavi Sales & Services, but Nobody is picking up my calls and no action has been taken from their side to rectify my issue.

I need your assistance to help me to get rectified with my issue to which I am suffering from as my issue is under company warranty and they are extremely careless in after sale services and making unnecessary delay in rectification to my complaint.
