SnapDeal – Refund not received poor service

I had purchased samsung galaxy grand 2 on 27 may 2014.which was not delivered to me and for which I have paid Rs 18688/- through my SBI credit card on 27 may 2014. They have cancelled the order due to non availability of the product and initiated refund on 12 June 2014 which needs to be reflected into my account with in 5-7 working days.After waiting for almost 25 days for the payment,and continuous follow up with them they had again initiated the refund on 6 th july 2014, which is again not credited into my account .

I wanted my Rs 18688/- along with all the interest charges that are charged on my credit card due to late payment.
