SUBJECT: Hp gas subsidy not credited in my account xx517 via receipt no. 154460, 13 feb 2014 & consumer no. 684397 This is regarding the subsidy amount of rs. 719.25 which was not credited in my SB account (Bank of India xx517. Instead it was cretided in other account (central bank of india, Mrs rama, xxxx86 on 19 Feb 2014 —- this is not my account). My concern is: 1. Nobody in the Department whether it is HP or Bank knows the procedure on how to get the above issue rectify. HP Agency people ask to go to Bank and Bank people ask to go to Agency. 2. I contacted both of them but didn’t recd. my subsidy since 1 year. Now I am writing to you so that I will get the procedure or help to get back my subsidy amount which was transferred to wrong account. 3. As a proof, I have chain emails and document proof attached. I got the attached document from HP Agency. I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange the reversal for the same with interest. Pls let me know if anything required. I can forward the chain email so that you can have a look at it. please confirm on which address I send it. (I have sent email to Banks as well but no results)
