I had booked a Premium Tatkal ticket on IRCTC website today on 22 Jan 2015, at 10.07 am (receipt of confirmation). But I had to cancel it, since the cost of the ticket was Rs. 16327.00 for 2 adults and 1 child. This amount was not displayed earlier anytime during the booking, including the HDFC payment gateway. But when I realized, I went to my bookings page and pressed the cancel button. NO WHERE IT SHOWED THAT I WOULD NOT GET ANY REFUND AMOUNT. Also in the confirmation mail received from IRCTC, it was written that I could cancel the ticket with Refund. No special details about Premium Tatkal was mentioned there.

Either give me the refund or let me travel with the ticket. More importantly, there should be a clear notification during cancellation that No amount will be refunded or the refund amount should be clearly mentioned.
