I have bought HTC desire 500 for (IMEI no.:-357654051569039, IMEI slot 2:- 357654051569047)18500 rupees. Within 6 month the phone is not showing any network. Service centre tried to fix this problem( Ref no. :- 15IND040006596) twice but could not but during this course camera also stopped working which the have fixed during third time. One week after the repair the phone again shows the same problem.

The service centre is keeping the phone for 10 days every time to repair it. I am not in touch with my family and friends which is cause of stress for them. I am stressed. I am not able to concentrate on any other things. I have to go to service centre twice or thrice a month which is physical, mental and economical harresment. As service centre is not giving any permanent solution so instead of to be a regular visitor of service centre I wan replacement.
