hi, I bought a mobile handset HTC Desire 620 G on 28/01/2015. after two and half months, it stopped functioning. (no power on). submitted the device on 17/04/2015 to its service centre, (TVS Electronics Ltd. 3/38, Vinay Khand, Near Patrakarpuram Crossing, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.) the representative told me after checking the device that the device motherboard has been defected. it will take approx. 15 days to replace because the parts of mobile imported from Taiwan. after fifteen days, I made continuous calls to service centre and each time they gave me a TAT of two or three days. then on 27/05/2015, I took the online chat option on company”s website. and they forwarded my case to the their Express team members. then on constant basis for two three days, he called me up and told me about the status, nothing new, just what i have been hearing for a month”s time. finally he gave me a deadline of yesterday ( 01/06/2015 Monday) to tell me when will I get my phone repaired or REPLACED but there was no call received from their end yesterday. Now I only want my phone replaced with a new one because I don”t want a phone w whose mother”s board got defected in a month”s time. Kindly help me to get a replaced phone as soon as possible.
