I booked a ticket in January 2015 and when the train was 10 hours late i filled a TDR but the money was not refunded properly.the ticket cost was 1200 rupees but only 600 was refunded.I did so many mails to IRCTC and other railway mail id’s but no one replied.I will attach my TDR filled snapshot.
They had not refunded my rupees 600.But more than this i feel harassed because in IRCTC no proper telphone number and no proper reply.
I want my money back and also they made me suffer so much and wasted my so much time.
