I have Deposit my phone HTC Desire 816 on dated: 01.08.2014 at Service Centre of HTC, but not received till date after giving differ dates and I also call to customer care of HTC two times, they also give date on date. I am waiting from last 29 days for my phone but the wait is not end. Now I last the Customer Care staff give the date of 10 Sep. 2014, which is also a long time.

I want replacement of phone with in two days otherwise refund my Purchase cost with the exp. of Rs 450/- with was spent by me to visit the Service Centre again and again
