I has htc explorer phone.i bought this on 9/09/2012 but from the first month itself problem starts with this phone.Frstly with charger, it was replaced by care centre. Its been only 3 month that the touch of phone was not working properly and it was submitted at htc customer centre The company returned the phone in 15 days.but it does work properly for even one month and again i had to submit it to htc care they again took 15-20 days to rectify the problem and returned the phone but problem was not rectified. I again visited the care centre in next ten days and again they followed the same procedure. After again 15 days they returned the phone. It ws about 20-25 times i visited care centre either for enquiring about my phone,submitting or collecting phone. In the 10 September 2013 i finally submitted the phone to carre centre as the htc care representative agreed to replace my phone excluding battery nd cover. I got my phone in 7 days with 3 months extended warranty. But now again same problems starts even more problems i contacted hcare support nd they assured me a call on19/01/2014 nut didn’t get any call. I am very obsessed by the product and services.
