I visited HTC care center TVSE Crowne Plaza Delhi , I have an issue with the battery backup then they told me to keep the device with them for one week then i asked them forba standby handset which i can use for the meanwhile . They refused for that. Then i emailed customer care they said they will reply with resolution within 48 hours on 10/10/2014 and since then i m waiting for the reply from them .. i have record of the whole conversation online .. you will also get angry on Htc if you will see their bad service

I want my phone to be repairs perfectly and i want a standby handset for the time they keep my device .. because i am doing job and i only have this device … And on email they committed me that they will help me .. but they asked for 48 hours and i m waiting for their reply since last 3-4 months ..
