MTS Connection Barred Without Notification

For the past two months I was in 550 plan in mts. In general according to the information provided by the mts representative 1650 rs was the credit limit for each month and if the bill exceeds the limit connection will be barred. And I opted for an ebill option which is usually sent to my mail address only on 6th of every month. Each month on 1st bill will be generated and it should be paid within 18th of that month. This month my connection is barred suddenly on 4th January (yesterday) and when I contacted the mts customer service they say that my outstanding amount was nearing the credit limit. My outstanding amount seems to be 815 rs and its not even 50% of the credit limit. They didn’t even sent me a mail or message regarding bill or disconnection. And without prior message they disconnected my connection yesterday morning which is a Sunday. No shops will be available due to holiday and I have no source to pay through online . when I contacted them they say that this won’t happen again but they didn’t provide any remedy for this situation .They simply said that pay the bill amount tomorrow and get back the connection.I also sent a warning message to respond to my situation to their customer care but no reply from them until now.I want remedy for my losses and they must be punished for this type of service.

They must restore my connection and should provide time until 18th as usual. And I’ve suffered a greater mental pressure through out that day. They must provide a compensation for being a reason for my mental instability.
