As it is mandatory to fill the brand but my complaint is not related to Niit I had submitted Rs 18000 in BHARTIYA INSTITUTE OF PLANNING & MANAGEMENT on 18 AUG 2013 as B.TECH 3rd semester fees. At the end of the semester. I had asked them for Roll no. of exams. They deferred me for two to three months. After asking again and again in between several interval of time. They gave me a SBI Bank Cheque of 18000/- to me on 6 AUG 2014. When I had deposited the cheque into Bank. The cheque had been bounced. I went to the institute many time to get my money but in vein. Nobody was ready to talk even didn’t attend call and refused me to not call them again. They spoiled my one and half year as it was very precious time of study and not giving my money back You are humbly requested please look into this matter and help me in make my money back and take action for such fraud so that It couldn’t be happen to someone else.

I want to refund my money and ensure it couldn’t be happen to others
