hello sir, I had become stock broker with Ventura1 on 13/10/2014, I have been told that to open equity a/c 5000 inr is required , which will be like FD , in a/c I can with draw after year, later I had opened another a/c for commodity by depositing another 5000 inr, but unfortunately till date I was not able to trade with their software called pointer for equity and Nutrition for commodity,It had always problem, twice by software called AMI admin I had handed over to their mumbai office, but very next day the problem reoccurred.I cloud do only 2 trades with Nutrition with loss of 865 inr. They say I had purchased 2 software worth of Rs. 3500/- as per books. their is no proof or meaning for it,even if so if their software are not working they why should I pay for them?

I have lost my precious time, they are saying my depots of Rs. 5000+ 5000, can not be returned, it will be credited only by generating their commission over period of year, which is not happening,most of other competitors get Demat a/c is ” zero” balance.I want my Rs. 14306.11, balance in my a/c, Which should be returned without any deductions and delay, further I want them to pay at least Rs. 5000/- as loss for my net charges and precious time/ manpower.
