HTC Mobile – Connectivity & Network issues

I have placed an order to buy 1 mobile set of HTC 1 E8 with 2 years zero rental plan from Reliance E shop and paid them around 49000 through my credit card on 23rd September 2014. I got the handset from the said company in the first week of November and also the sim was delivered after few days. On using the handset i faced connectivity and network issues for which approached the reliance mobile helpline. I was told to visit the handset company service center and they found the said to be faulty. The company changed my handset and i received the other handset on 15th november’14 but again the handset was found to be faulty by the service center of HTC. Thus i returned the handset to the company. Now that i am asking them to provide the refund, the said dealer is telling me that they will deduct the shipping charges as well as 2.6% of the amount i have paid to them,also they will not refund me the advance rental paid for 24 months. Its been 2 months that i am following up with the said dealer for the services but i am getting harassed and i am not getting the refund. Request your intervention
Its been 2 months i am able to use my mobile no. which i ported to reliance on 1st October 2014. They have charged me for these two months.. Neither the company nor the service provider is giving me any support.
