Flipkart – Order delayed defect in mobile

Karthik here .I’ve ordered Asus Zenfone 4 through flipkart on 06-10-2014 [On so called Big Billion Day ,which brought billion problems to me] . My order got delayed and despite of that ,the order got delivered to unknown place for the mistake done by logistics guys. They ordered again (First replacement) from their end and finally received the product much after the expected time After few days of using it ,I found a defect in mobile like uneven screen and raised a complaint in flipkart and asked for replacement {Second replacement }. They took my concern and arranged for an replacement. After couple of days ,I’ve got a new replaced mobile and wondered to see the same defects in new mobile also . Being a frustrated customer,I again called up flipkart executives and they took forever to take my call . They responded very irresponsibly after making hell number of calls and finally took my concern seriously . They promised to replace the product on exemption process [Since flipkart only give onetime replacement from customer end] and they made sure that I get NO DEFECTIVE product. I have waited for another couple of days and finally recieved the third replacement product on 21-11-2014 . To wonder ,Instead of delivering a perfect product ,they delivered me ALL DEFECTIVE MOBILE which made me superpissed off . The defects which I’ve found after using the new replaced mobile for an hour : 1.Uneven Screen 2.Mic is not working . I should use earphones to make a call. 3.Android is not upgrading. 4.Poor quality when compared to other two products I received. I’ve got mutilple questions to get answered by flipkart . 1.Whoom should I point for all this shit ? 2.Why arent you guys feel responsible when customers pay so much of attention to your products ? 3.Do you think selling defective products help you growing up in market? 4. Its been a month almost since I use my phone perfectly,which killed my work and wasted my valuable time .On a serious note ,am facing billion problems by making calls,explaining all the shit and wasting time to your customer care guys. Who is responsible for this ? 5.Who will be paying for all these ?

Since the product is found defective,I have it to be exchanged with higher version of it. This is the least I can expect despite of the shit I’ve gone through.
