brand new mobile of htc(desire516) gone for repair after 45 days (approx) and received on 13 October 2014 then after exactly one month again gone for repair that is 13 November 2014 and now we want replacement as it was new phone for self use not for company’s service center.
had to call 3 times service center no action was taken to satisfy us. they just postpone it by saying call after 48 hours.
