HTC Mobile – Faulty product & customer harassment

I ordered two HTC DESDIRE 620 G mobile phone, and I got only one. Details are given below Order date : 28-May-2015. PaisaPay ID: 39350481684 Item ID:291465665487 Payement details:Rs. 22,598 through debit card Delivery address: Deepak Sreenivasan Flat No:903, Tower R Alpine Eco Apartments,Doddanakundi,Kartik Nagar,Banglore,Karnataka 560048 I was eagerly waiting for my tw mobile phone, when it reached in my cousin’s home(Deepak sreenivasan), only one mobile phone was there in the delivered packet. Delivery details are given below. Delivery date:01 June 2015 Delivery time:17:10 On 5 June 2015 I tried to call Salil Gupta (seller), but he did not respond. So I registered a complaint in ebay as well as ledtvshop on 6 June 2015. As per my complaint eBay Guarantee claim opened on 6 June 2015 with Claim ID: 1035449. On 9 June 2015 they asked me to sent proof of item not as described. As per their mail I uploaded following photographs as well as the details of delivered item. 1. Photograph of outer package 2. Photograph of inner package 3. Bill details Since they did not respond back, I tried to contact them through calls, mails and chats. Whenever I do so, they will tell within 24-48 hours they will contact me. But never happened. It continued till 16 June 2015. On 17 June 2015 (17.58 pm) ebay contacted me and requested me to reship the item back to the seller and sent the proof of dispatch copies. Then they give a warning that if I failed to do so the claim will get closed and refund request will be rejected. They were playing with my patience. They took more than 12 days for the processing of claim. But they need me to perform on time.

I will keep the mobile phone they sent and want my money I have paid for missing mobile with compensation.
