Tikona – Service getting worse spending money uselessly

I chose Tikona as a Wifi service in the month of Feb. This was running good for few weeks until I experienced some issue. I had to call several times to mention this problem. Every time, the person said that it is “roof top signal” issue. This continued a little longer. A week ago after much irritation from the pathetic service I asked them to drop the service immediately. They sent some engineer who mentioned that there was problem with the “roof top device” which has been looked at and we would not be getting un-interrupted service any more. A day did not pass when I had to complain again about the service. This is getting worse and I feel I am spending my money uselessly.

They should not give us false statements that the service should run in sometime. Either they provide us a permanent un-interrupted service or its better they drop their service if they cannot provide it in a good manner.
