https://www.services.irctc.co.in/beta_htmls/refundrules.html I booked a train which was late by around 5-6 hrs. So I filed a TDR after looking at the above link (official link of irctc) for process according to which I had to file TDR within 6 hrs after actual departure. But it was rejected and i was told that “Kindly note that the TDR filing time limit is revised w.e.f.1/7/2013 as before actual departure of train in case of Train Late More Than Three Hours” But since the rules were not updated on their website how can a consumer know about and act accordingly.
